Real World
Infiltration 2.75 is a mod that replaces all of the
futuristic weapons of Unreal Tournament with real life weapons. The new weapons inflict
realistic damage upon an opponent (or friend if friendly fire is on). So now, instead of
killing someone by using 50 rounds from the minigun, you can kill someone using 5 bullets
from a machine gun. Each weapon feels well balanced and modeled. The shotgun kills quickly
at close range, yet it's damage diminishes when shooting from a distance. The Robar kills
with one shot, yet requires the longest time to fire the next bullet, and has the longest
reload time.

Sound off
Not only are the gun models superb, but the sound that
accompanies each gun is done very well also. In Infiltration 2.75, new features have been
added. New skins have been made so that instead of identifying a teammate by the color of
their uniform (red, blue, green, yellow), you now identify them by what uniform they have
on. The skins are a bit difficult to distinguish at first, but after a couple games
it will come like second nature. The sniper rifles each have new animations, and their new
crosshairs look more realistic.
Botman
The bots have been improved and fight a lot better. They
know what type of weapon to use in a given situation, and don't have that god-like aim
anymore that plagued version 2.70. However, I didn't find many bots using the sniper
rifles, but every other weapon was used nicely.
Lookin Mahvelous
Infiltration is an excellent mod that is well worth the
download. You will need the UT Patch 413 to play this mod. Now I can't wait to see what
the team has in store for us in newer versions.
