Umm...Duh..
Well it's pretty obvious what Sin2UT is about. In case you didn't get it, it's about the game Sin being converted to UT. The game Sin wasn't all that great, but the weapons in Sin were decent. However, in Sin2Ut, the weapon models aren't changed what so ever, only the weapon effects have been changed. The result is that this mod doesn't qualify of being called a real mod.

One thing Sin2Ut does have are player models and voices. 5 player models are included in Sin2UT, and the voices that accompany each model reflects their Sin counterpart.
Bots play the game well in Sin2UT since the weapons are basically the same as the original weapons. The things that were updated in version 2.01 include a fixed sniper rifle, and fixes to several minor bugs.

Final Thoughts
Sin2UT isn't a real fun mod to play because it ends up playing almost exactly the same as UT without any mods. It's quite a big download (11 megabytes) so I suggest waiting until new weapon models are included with the mod.
